We all experience feelings of self-doubt from time to time, whether we’re starting a new job, taking a test, or playing a sport and that’s perfectly normal.
A modest amount of self criticism can be a powerful motivator as it could motivate us to put in more effort and improve our abilities so that we feel more confident. However, excessive worry and doubt might prevent us from achieving our greatest potential and performing well.
